Hiring Cayce and the Steele Magnolia Events team was easily the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process!! Going into planning, I had absolutely no idea what I wanted and honestly dreaded making decisions. Cayce somehow made the entire process feel easy and stress-free! She always asked for my input and made sure my voice was heard, but when I felt overwhelmed or simply didn’t have a preference, she was able to step in confidently and make decisions that perfectly fit our vision. Her expertise and guidance were invaluable. Our rehearsal dinner and wedding weekend turned out better than I ever could have imagined, and that is entirely thanks to Cayce, Phoenix, and the rest of their incredible team! They are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and truly think of everything. More importantly, they kept me calm, present, and able to enjoy every moment rather than worrying about logistics. It's taken me a while to write this review because I'm still in denial that I don't get to talk to Cayce on a regular basis now 🥲 She is the absolute BEST wedding planner I could have asked for, and hiring her was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. Cayce knew exactly what I wanted and needed before I even knew myself. She knew when I was spiraling during the planning process, she knew when I was overwhelmed on the wedding day, and as a very Type B bride, she somehow figured out my vision despite getting a lot of "I don't know" answers from me. She recommended incredible vendors, kept everything organized, and made me feel supported every step of the way. More importantly, she gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled, which allowed me to actually enjoy being engaged and soak in every moment of our wedding day. Our wedding day was truly the best day of my life, and so much of that is because of Cayce. Everything was seamless, beautiful, and stress-free, and I was able to be fully present with my husband, family, and friends because I knew she and Phoenix had everything under control. Cayce is the best wedding planner you will ever hire. We got married on October 11th, 2024. It was originally supposed to happen in Asheville, North Carolina. Mother Nature had other plans for us. We came to Myrtle beach and Cayce took on our wedding without hesitation. To have someone like her in your corner, when we already were dealing with so much, was a godsend. This will be the best decision you ever make. She handles all the little details and makes sure everything is perfect for your most important day.

Cayce with Steele Magnolias is, hands down, the best wedding planner in South Carolina—maybe even the world! My husband and I were married this spring, and unfortunately, we initially hired a wedding planner from absolute hell. Just six weeks before our wedding, that planner canceled our contract and left us completely stranded. We were unbelievably stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure how we would pull off a 300-person wedding with so little time left. Thank goodness our venue, The Dunes Golf & Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, immediately recommended Cayce—and they could not have been more right. From the very first meeting, Cayce was everything our previous planner was not: honest, thoughtful, warm, genuine, transparent, and incredibly capable. We accomplished more in one single meeting with Cayce than I did in six months with the previous planner. Cayce truly brings dreams to life! We had big aspirations for our wedding, and she somehow managed to honor that vision while keeping us within budget. Cayce is hands down the best decision you will ever make in your life. Not only will she execute your wedding exactly how you dreamed but you will have a wonderful friend in her for the rest of your life. I honestly do not understand how weddings occur without her and her teams, I cannot recommend her enough. She will feel like an extension of you every step of the way. I got engaged in May 2023, immediately moved out of state, and got married in May 2024. I never have felt so at ease with anything, she takes all the stress away. I knew that with her by our side, nothing could go wrong. In college, I had the joy of working at SME with Cayce and I was able to see exactly what goes into a Cayce wedding. Now in the industry without her, I can attest that nobody can produce a wedding quite like Cayce.
